How can I return my goods?

If you have placed an order on the KOO website www.kooworld.cc and would like to return one or more products purchased, please fill out this form with your details within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our Customer Service will take care of your return request as soon as possible and will contact you by e-mail to provide you with return instructions.

The costs of returning the items are at your expense and you can use a shipping service of your choice.

 

Conditions for returns

The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The products must be returned intact, unused, complete with any accessories, manuals and packaging material. Make sure the packaging is suitable for shipping.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your product(s) at our warehouse, we will process the return at the latest within 14 days. You will receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product and through the same payment method you used to place your order.

The timing of the credit depends on your bank.

 

Can I replace my product with a different one?

Yes, you can replace your product(s) with other Koo products.

Fill in the form with your details and select “Exchange goods”.

I have received a product, which is different from the one I ordered, how can I return it?

If you wish to return an incorrect item, because you have received an item that is different from the one you ordered, please fill in the form with the requested data, our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible to process your order.

The cost of returning your order to our warehouse and the shipping costs of the substitute product are free of charge.

 

I received a faulty product, how can I return it?

If your product has manufacturing faults, please fill in the form with the requested data, our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible to handle your request.

How can I return a product purchased from an authorised KOO retailer?

If you have purchased the products from one of our authorised retailers, you must contact the point of sale directly and follow the return criteria.
